These tricycles were exclusively sold via Amazon between October 2019 through June 2019.
What to do if you have a Little Bambino 4 in 1 Canopy Children’s Tricycle
If you have one of the tricycles that are recalled, it is advised to immediately stop the use of the product. Amazon is attempting to contact purchasers of this tricycle. Amazon was the only retailer for the product.

Since this product was exclusively sold through Amazon, you will want to have the return go through Amazon. It is stated that Amazon will issue a full refund once the tricycle is returned to them.
